What are the proper Insurance requirements?
Public Liability-
There should be a minimum of €5,000,000 coverage in this area for any one accident.
Commercial Motor-
There should be unlimited liability in respect of any Personal Injury claims. The limit in respect of Property Damage Claims should not be less than €6,500,000.
Employers Liability –
This insurance is sometimes overlooked by the consumer but should not be taken lightly. If someone working on your property was injured and was not covered by Employers Liability Insurance you could be held liable for all subsequent claims including medical expenses. The Limit of Indemnity for this insurance cover should not be less than €13,000,000.
